Use of the platform
FraudBusterHQ provides tools for fraud reporting, evidence organization, case tracking, and user support. You agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.

No recovery guarantee
FraudBusterHQ does not guarantee fund recovery, legal outcomes, law enforcement action, bank action, exchange action, or any specific result. The platform helps organize information and support case handling.

User responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you submit, the security of your login credentials, and ensuring that uploaded evidence does not intentionally include unrelated private information, passwords, seed phrases, or third-party verification codes.

Prohibited submissions
Do not upload bank passwords, wallet seed phrases, exchange recovery codes, email-provider OTPs, payment app codes, illegal content, malicious files, or information you are not authorized to share.

Account verification
Email verification is used only for your FraudBusterHQ account, including signup, login, account recovery, and security. It is not verification for external banks, wallets, exchanges, or email-provider accounts.

Changes and availability
FraudBusterHQ may update features, security rules, policies, and these terms as the platform evolves. We may also suspend access where needed to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with legal requirements.
